On Friday, January 13, Governor Hobbs released her FY24 Executive Budget recommendation. The $17.1 billion budget proposal includes $1.34B in new initiatives.

President Robbins spent several days over the last two weeks advocating for the University of Arizona at the State Capitol. 

GCR attended and had a popular booth at the ACMA’s Summer Conference in Tucson last week. 

Last week Community Relations was represented at Marketing and Communications’ successful One Conference.  Julie Katsel presented information about the University’s effort to receive the 2024 Carnegie Classification for Community Engagement.
