GCR’s Jane Hays recently attended the 2025 Arizona Agribusiness Roundtable at the Salt River Project's PERA Training and Conference Center in Tempe, AZ. The annual event brings together key stakeholders, elected officials and industry professionals from across the agribusiness sector.

Throughout the event, participants delved into crucial topics, such as sustainable farming practices, the integration of cutting-edge AgTech solutions and strategies for strengthening Arizona's agricultural economy. Keynote speakers and panelists included Gov. Katie Hobbs, Director of the Arizona Department of Agriculture Paul Brierley, Sen. Tim Dunn (R-Yuma) and Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona Board Chairman Jonathan Lines. Many other leading experts in agribusiness shared their perspectives on overcoming current challenges and embracing new opportunities. Panel discussion topics included pressing issues such as water conservation, cattle management, broadband, climate change and supply chain innovations.
